Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT: All orders require shipping payment - there is no free shipping on sample sale items.

Note: The "Request custom quote" option may display as $0 at checkout. This does NOT mean free shipping - it means we will contact you with a shipping quote that you must approve before your order ships.

Two shipping options:

1. Standard threshold shipping - Select this option at checkout for immediate purchase. Rate is calculated automatically based on your order value and will be charged at time of purchase.

2. Custom freight quote - Select "Request custom quote" at checkout and we'll contact you within 24 hours with a shipping quote based on your location and order specifics. Your order will not be finalized or shipped until you approve and pay the shipping cost.

Returns Policy

All sample sale purchases are final - no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Items are sold as-is in their current showroom condition. While our samples have only been lightly displayed, they may show minor wear such as light scuffs or marks.
